You want to know about me? How sweet!
My name is Gregory Parsons; I am an engineering student at NCState. My home town is Fayetteville, NC.Although most of my childhood was spent elsewhere, namely California, Florida, Tennessee, Germany, and Canada.
Interests:
Computers, designing computers, building computers, programming computers, playing on computers, I guess I could have stopped with just "Computers." I learned my first programming language, Applesoft Basic, around age 10, built my first web page at age 16. In High School I learned Turbo Pascal and now at NCState I have mastered C and C++. Now in my upper-class years I've pretty much mastered Verilog, a Hardware Description Language, as well as various CAD programs, including the Cadence design package.
School:
Graduated class of '98 from South View High School. Nothing overly special, graduated with honors, the first in my family to do so, received the Presidential Award, North Carolina Academic Scholar Award, and I think a few other awards. Passed both the AP Calculus and AP Computer Science Exams, started college with 7 credit hours. Am currently shooting for a Masters in Computer Engineering and minor in Business at North Carolina State University.
Work:
Last summer I worked for Methodist College, a local private college in my home town, building and upgrading the college web site. During the previous two school years I built my High School's Web Page. Over this time I also assisted in the sound control room at my Church.
My Documents Page, containing various literatures I've written.

The Parsons Family Code of Arms in England Yes, I do live in
the United States, but it is nice to know where your family originated from. In fact,
there is a castle in Ireland noted as belonging to the Parsons Family, regretfully not on
my section of the family tree, but the owners are a VERY distant cousin of mine.
