These Mods will make WRFSI work with my CED grids. 

The file rd_grib.F is from the directory: '/wrfsi/src/grib_prep/grib.misc/

The file gribcode.F is from the directory: '/wrfsi/src/grib_prep/util/

With these in there, it will work.
