Correlation of electrical and optical properties
It is important that the optical and electronic properties of
conducting metal oxides such as ITO are correlated.
The reflectivity, skin depth and plasmon resonance frequency
are all dependent on the charge carrier density, n.
This correlation has been demonstrated for different thin
films of ITO with different sheet resistance.
