(Clockwise from Top Left) Winnie the Cat, Cain, Seth, Jenna Claire, Ruth Anne, and Cain's 5th Birthday

Our cats have quirky personalities which makes them even more endearing. They are leash trained and get along very well.

We adopted Cain from Pet's Inc in Columbia, SC. He is quite the rascal. His birthday is March 21, 2004. He has traveled all over the country. In the photo above, he is exploring a rest stop in New Mexico.

We adopted Seth from Project Pet. He is a bit skittish around strangers, but can be very loving. His birthday is August 26, 2004, but we always celebrate his birthday on October 18th. He is a pretty funny cat. We usually find him "sitting" places as shown above.

Ruth Anne's mother was a stray and her father was a feral. We found Ruth Anne under a bush when she was 3.5 weeks old (with the help of Pet's Inc in Columbia, SC we found her mother a home as well!). She weighed .96 lb when we took her in. Her birthday is July 24, 2005. She is a somewhat rare red female cat. Her father was red and her mother is a tortie thus she has the somewhat rare red coat. She is a bit of a loner, but a truly sweet cat.

Winnie the Cat was a stray that we started feeding in August 2005. On December 2, 2005, we observed that Winnie had a very severe wound on one of his arms. We took him in and he has lived with us since then. Our vet estimated that he was between 3 and 5 years old at the time. He is the sweetest cat I have ever met.

We saw Jenna Claire at PetPad in Cary, NC in June 2009. We instantly fell for her, but she pulled a fast one on us. She acted very skittish when a cricket came near her at the petstore. Her personality completely changed when we got her home. She is super rambunctious and playful. Jenna Claire was born on April 5, 2009. She has a torbie (tabby and tortoiseshell) coat and was the runt of a litter of 9(!) kittens.

We once had an all white deaf cat named Eve. We miss her.

We have placed other stray and feral cats in homes including a tom named Jude and Winnie The Cat's outdoor best friend, Spaz-tastic.
