I am a native of the Philadelphia area, growing up in Marlton NJ and earning my BS degree at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. I attended graduate school at Rutgers University, earning my MS degree examining summer flounder habitat use and migration dynamics using acoustic telemetry (see my resume for publications). I have completed internships at Mote Marine Laboratory's Center for Shark Research and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center. I have also done an honorary thesis studying amphipod distributions on several NJ barrier islands to achieve Program Distinction at Stockton College.
