Responsibilities
Crystal M. Smith provides 4-H Youth Development to youth ages 5 - 18 throughout the county. Duties includes, establishing new 4-H clubs
and maintaining established 4-H clubs; train and provide 4-H school enrichment to teachers and parents; recruit, secure and train adults
to support the total 4-H program. Crystal supervises 4-H Friends of Youth program. She also serves as a program manager for 4-H Directions,
which includes, writing and managing the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council grants, supervising 4-H Directions Program Coordinators in programming and supervising Summer
4-H Program Assistant(s). Their duties consist of planning, implementing, and evaluating the 4-H Summer Fun program.
