Important Dates:

October 13th: Submit a Proposal for a project topic. The proposal must include:

Upon approval of your project by the instructor, you will have to write an essay of max 3 pages long, which summarizes your findings for your project, emphasizing the computer algebra aspects. You will also have to prepare and give a 10 minutes presentation to the class, explaining briefly your topic and your findings.

November 29th: Deadline to submit the essay (3 pages max).

November 29th and December 1st during class time and on December 8th 8:00am-11:00am: Presentations of projects. Each presentation is strictly 10 minutes long. You should explain the topic of your project in a way that the other students will understand it as well. They will ask questions if they do not understand you. Please choose the material of your presentation carefully, and make sure that you time your presentation right.
