COST: $2,000 U.S., which includes:
- Tuition for 3 credit hours
- International accident/health insurance
- Accommodations, transportation, and most meals for 20 days travel within South Africa
- All excursions and activities including tours of Cape Town, Pretoria, Sabie, and Kruger National Park.
- Departmental scholarships available to students in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources*
- College scholarships available to student in the College of Natural Resources**
- All students are eligible to apply for NCSU Study Abroad scholarships
Airfare is not included.

*Students in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources (DFER) will receive an initial $200 scholarship with an expected additional scholarship to be provided after the February 6th, 2000 deadline. Additional scholarship costs are dependent on the number of DFER students who are accepted to the course.
** Scholarships are available to students in the College of Natural Resources.
