and Sullivan, is a 19th-century comic opera in 2 cds. The whole
performance, all the dialog and the tunes run just shy of 2.5

NEXT, READ the LIBRETTO either in web version here: http://math.boisestate.edu/gas/utopia/html/index.html

NOW LISTEN.
HOW TO HEAR IT:
Option one, live, with others: I have reserved the Clark Hall Conference Room
(#205) between Th. Feb. 15.
The
opera will be played in its entirety, and all I need is a kind
volunteer to get the CDs from me in class, then retrieve the key to the
room from the Help Desk about 6:45 Thursday, open up the room, and put
the cds into the cd/dvd player. The room holds 20.
Option two, on you computer via mp3 files. Go here: http://english.chass.ncsu.edu/morillo/hon293a/UtopiaLTD/
select Disc 1 for the first 19 tracks, and Disc 2 for the next.
Each file has been converted to mp3 format and should be easily
playable on any mp3 player, including Quicktime & most players
built into your computer's OS. You may also batch download all of the
files to a player, but if you click each they will play directly from
the server space.
