Lesson 15: Oregonator, Chemical Reactions and ode15s
A remarkable five stage chemical reaction, which oscillates with changing light and structure, is described. For suitable reaction rates there are large spikes in some of the concentrations, and in this case the system of differential equations is very stiff. Matlab's stiff solver ode15s will be used to study the solutions.
