There's a whole lot of running stuff out there on the web.

I get equipment from Road Runner Sports A great local source for shoes and equipment is Ninth Street Active Feet in Durham. I just wish they carried the shoes I like. I do most of my running in the Mizuno Wave Creation, which I guess makes me a creationist. Kinda disturbing.

If you're interested in marathon racing, you should check out the marathon guide site.

To keep up on road racing events in North Carolina, there's the Young & Associates site which has schedules, results, and registration material.

And for just about anything else running related, you can try active.com or the online version of Runner's World.

My results are pretty meager. Years ago I could run a 5K race in under 17:00, but I'm now hard pressed to bring it in in under 20:00. A catalog of my results (distances from 5K to marathon) and some photos are collected here.
